Problem: The tax prep company had the solutions in place for tax payers but faced issues in generating new leads.

Insight: Reminders work best, especially when delivered on everyone’s favorite screen: the mobile device.

Solution: Just as more and more people were reaching for their phones for everything from entertainment and social media to vacation booking and work responses, we set out to alert them to that dreadful mid-year event: Tax Season. Tones of subtle urgency informed tax payers of just how seamlessly their tax prep can be, taking the dread out of the equation.

HBO Gets Ahead of Cable Cutters

HBO Go

Problem: The premium cable network created the right offering, at the right time, but no one knew.

Insight: Cable subscribers were only one part of HBO’s audience. Recognizing the distinction in viewers, HBO was quick to ensure their content was made available on demand.

Solution: A La Carte TV hadn’t even been realized yet, but most viewers weren’t willing to commit to a cable contract just to access a few of their favorite shows. HBO knew the shift in media consumption was underway before it even reached the radars of  most other content providers. The premium network needed to be subtle in its release of the on demand platform but clear to audiences that HBO Go has exactly what they’re looking.
